Breastfeeding & Postnatal Support with Rachel & Sarah
Between us, we have over 20 years of experience in breastfeeding support, birth, and postnatal doula care. We are here to offer compassionate, practical, and evidence-based support as you navigate the early days of parenthood. We can also help you prepare for breastfeeding before you give birth.
We are passionate about supporting you and your baby on your feeding journey and understand both the joys and challenges of caring for a newborn. Our role is to provide you with practical guidance, emotional reassurance, and encouragement to help you feel confident. Every parent deserves the support they need, and we are here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
What our support includes
Breastfeeding & Feeding Support
As a trained breastfeeding counsellor and peer supporter, we offer 1:1 in-person support to help you initiate and sustain feeding. Whether you’re breastfeeding or combination feeding, we provide evidence-based advice, hands-on support, and guidance to help you meet your feeding goals.
Postnatal Doula Support
The postnatal period can be both beautiful and overwhelming. As your postnatal doula, we provide tailored emotional and practical support, including:
- Emotional support – A listening ear and a safe space to share your experiences and feelings, and ask questions.
- Practical support – Assistance with newborn care, light household tasks, and time for you to rest.
WhatsApp Support
You will also benefit from daytime WhatsApp support between visits for additional reassurance, giving you the opportunity to ask questions, share concerns, and receive guidance when you need it most.

Testimonial
We were so fortunate to have the support of Rachel and Sarah as our postpartum doulas in the first few weeks after our daughter, Winona, was born. They were an incredible help and gave us the opportunity to rest and recover, and we felt comfortable knowing that Winnie was in very capable and caring hands. They were so attentive to her needs, and their gentle, nurturing approach was exactly what me and my husband needed during that overwhelming time.
We’re so grateful for their kindness, warmth, and support. They both truly made those early days feel a little less daunting, and being able to catch up on some sleep from time to time was invaluable!
If you’re looking for dedicated, compassionate doulas, we couldn’t recommend Rachel and Sarah more highly.

Rachel is Amazing! Such a knowledgeable and thoughtful person. Her advice has been invaluable! I was really struggling with breastfeeding and Rachel had some really useful tips. I put into action straight away and half an hour later my daughter was latched on! She’s a genuinely lovely person to talk to and is very understanding. I can’t thank her enough and would definitely recommend!
