The Mindful Natal® course is for all birth choices and all paths to parenthood, being the first fully inclusive course that offers live support from the 1st to the 4th trimester! The course is a full antenatal course including hypnobirthing and mindfulness plus the unique amd extensive PregnaHub® App

Course Overview
A live birth preparation course covering:
Session 1 – The science behind hypnobirthing, the mind body connection, and the hormones and muscles of birth. What you can control vs what you can’t control and how to overcome feelings of anxiety. Using your positive affirmations and audios.
Session 2 – Learn how to stay calm and feel in control for all births. Birth place choices, pain relief otions, and informed decision making. Packing lists and practical tips.
Session 3 – The stages of labour, applying hypnobirthing techniques, induction methods, assisted and abdominal birth.
Session 4 – The first hour after birth and options, preparing for postpartum, and writing your birth preferences.
Tools and Resources – Printed course guide, affirmations cards, relaxation audios, teacher whatsapp support from booking.
